Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) and (13) of the Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 20222. In accordance with section 2(8)(a) of that Act, the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has consulted with the public service bodies specified by these Regulations and such other bodies or persons as it thinks appropriate.
