Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014, Adran 40.
Changes to Legislation
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
40Cod ymarferLL+C
(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ddyroddi cod ymarfer yn pennu safonau mewn perthynas â gosod a rheoli eiddo ar rent.
(2)Gellir dyroddi safonau o dan is-adran (1) (ymhlith pethau eraill) mewn perthynas â hyfforddiant.
(3)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru—
(a)dyroddi cod ymarfer sydd, yn rhannol neu’n gyfan gwbl, yn gymwys i bersonau neu achosion penodedig yn unig, neu’n cael ei gymhwyso’n wahanol i wahanol bersonau neu achosion;
(b)diwygio cod ymarfer neu ei dynnu yn ôl.
(4)Cyn dyroddi neu ddiwygio cod ymarfer rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gymryd camau rhesymol i ymgynghori â’r canlynol—
(a)personau sy’n gysylltiedig â gosod a rheoli eiddo ar rent a phersonau sy’n meddiannu eiddo ar rent o dan denantiaeth, neu
(b)personau y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn ystyried eu bod yn cynrychioli buddiannau’r personau a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (a),
ar fersiwn ddrafft o’r cod neu fersiwn ddrafft o god diwygiedig (“y cod arfaethedig”).
(5)Os yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn dymuno bwrw ymlaen â’r cod arfaethedig (gydag addasiadau neu heb addasiadau), rhaid iddynt osod copi gerbron Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
(6)Ni chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi’r cod arfaethedig ar ffurf y fersiwn ddrafft honno oni bai ei fod wedi ei gymeradwyo drwy benderfyniad Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
(7)Unwaith y mae wedi ei gymeradwyo mae’r cod neu’r cod diwygiedig yn dod i rym ar y dyddiad a bennir drwy orchymyn Gweinidogion Cymru.
(8)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru dynnu cod a wneir o dan yr adran hon yn ôl mewn cod diwygiedig neu drwy gyfarwyddyd.
(9)Ni chaniateir i god a gymeradwywyd drwy benderfyniad Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gael ei dynnu yn ôl oni chymeradwyir cynnig i’r perwyl hwnnw drwy benderfyniad Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
(10)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gyhoeddi pob cod neu god diwygiedig a ddyroddir o dan yr adran hon.
