24Power to amend periods for the preparation and publication of documents

The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision changing the time by which the following documents must be prepared or published—
a
a state of natural resources report or a draft of such a report;
b
the national natural resources policy.

Regulations under subsection (1) may make provision by way of amendment of this Part.

Before making regulations under subsection (1) the Welsh Ministers must consult NRW.
