I1I218Delegation by the Commission

The Commission may delegate any of its functions to—
a
a member of the Commission or a member of its staff;
b
the RIC, the Quality Committee or other committee established by the Commission under paragraph 11(6), or a sub-committee established under paragraph 11(7);
c
a joint committee.

A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent and on the terms that the Commission determines.

The delegation of a function does not affect—
a
the Commission’s ability to exercise the function;
b
the Commission’s responsibility for the exercise of the function.
