116Consultation by Welsh Ministers about specificationsE+W

(1)Before taking any action mentioned in subsection (2), the Welsh Ministers must consult—
(a)the Commission, and
(b)such other persons as they consider appropriate.
(2)The actions are—
(a)specifying a requirement under section 115 (including revised requirements);
(b)withdrawing a requirement under section 115.
