8 S In section 54 (clarification of certain investment powers) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985—

(a) subsection (1) in so far as it relates to Schedule 6 to the 1978 Act; and

(b) subsection (2),

are repealed.
