Subsection (2) sets out that reasonable force may be used in order to facilitate these activities. Subsection (3) sets out that an authorised person seeking to enter closed premises in order to secure the premises must, if requested to do so by or on behalf of the owner, occupier or other person in charge of the premises, produce evidence of identity and authorisation.
