(1)A person who sells alcohol to trade otherwise than from [F1licensed premises or] premises which are used exclusively for the purpose of the selling of goods (whether solely alcohol or not) to trade commits an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
