Validity of actings

The validity of any proceedings or actings of the F1SCTS is not affected by—
a
any vacancy in the membership of the F1SCTS,
b
any defect in the appointment of a member of the F1SCTS, or
c
disqualification of any person from holding office as a member of the F1SCTS.
