Requirement for review
I1129Requirement under Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004

Subsection (2) applies where—
a
under section 12(1A) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 8) the sheriff requires the Principal Reporter to arrange a children's hearing in respect of a child, and
b
a compulsory supervision order is in force in relation to the child.

The Principal Reporter must initiate a review of the compulsory supervision order.
