There shall be defrayed out of moneys [ provided by the Parliament of the United Kingdom all expenses] (other than those provided for by section one hundred and thirty-six) incurred in carrying this Act into effect, and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing words)—
(a)the remuneration and expenses of persons acting as deputy judges under section one hundred and seven, and the expenses of judges under sub-section (3) of section one hundred and six;
