15In section 3 of the Child Benefit Act 1975 (meaning of “person responsible for child”) in subsection (3) (certain days of absence disregarded) in paragraph (c) for the words following “under” there shall be substituted “section 21 of the National Assistance Act 1948, the Children Act 1989 or the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968.”
