18(1)In section 15(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (restrictions on power of local authorities to survey land which they propose to acquire compulsorily), for “the Civil Aviation Authority and the British Coal Corporation” there shall be substituted “ and the Civil Aviation Authority ”.E+W
(2)In section 26(6)(b) of that Act (exemptions from power of certain councils with respect to dangerous excavations), for “the British Coal Corporation” there shall be substituted “ the Coal Authority ”.
