4(1)The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1976 has effect subject to the following amendments.U.K.

(2)Omit sections 4 and 5 (which provide for the anonymity of complainants in rape etc. cases and are superseded by the amendments made by this Schedule to the M1Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992).

(3)In section 7(6) (extent), for the words after “Scotland” substitute “ or Northern Ireland. ”
