Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 M1, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

M12006 c.32. Paragraph 19 of Schedule 11 provides that until the end of the initial period (as defined in section 161(5)) an Order in Council under paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 shall not be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
