2.—(1) Table 1 (Appointments by the Lord Chancellor) in Part 3 of Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After the entry for paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 9 to the Agriculture Act 1947(2) and the office to which that paragraph relates insert—
