This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60(2)(a), 60(3)(p) and 61 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982().
This Order is made with the consent of the Treasury as is required under section 60(3)(p) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
