45.—( 1) Mae adran 1 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—

“(1A) In this Act, “the appropriate forestry authority” means—

(a) in relation to England and Scotland, the Commissioners;

(b) in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”

(3) Yn is-adran (2)—

(a) yn lle “Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate forestry authority”;

(b) yn lle “and in England and Wales” rhodder “in England and in Wales”.

(4) Yn is-adran (3)—

(a) yn lle “Commissioners'” rhodder “appropriate forestry authority's”;

(b) yn lle “and in England and Wales” rhodder “in England and in Wales”.

(5) Yn is-adran (3A)—

(a) hepgorer “under the Forestry Acts 1967 to 1979”;

(b) yn lle “Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate forestry authority”.

(6) Ar ôl is-adran (3A) mewnosoder—

“(3B) In subsection (3A) “functions” means—

(a) in relation to the Commissioners, functions under the Forestry Acts 1967 to 1979;

(b) in relation to the Natural Resources Body for Wales, functions under this Act.”

(7) Yn is-adran (4)(a), hepgorer “and Wales”.

(8) Hepgorer is-adran (5).

(9) Yn is-adran (6), yn lle “Great Britain” rhodder “England and Scotland”.
