5E+WIn section 72(3) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (amendment of police areas: term of office of commissioner), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)an order under section 45 of the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013 (anaw 4) (recommendations for changes to police areas) which alters the boundary of any police area in Wales;”.
