12SIn subsection (3A) (which provides that the grant of a warrant to apprehend an accused who fails to appear at an intermediate diet has the effect of discharging the trial diet) of section 150, after “diet”, where first occurring, there is inserted “ or a diet under section 148A of this Act ”.
