Appointed days
2.—(1) The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No.3: Funding defined benefits is 15th February 2006.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of paragraph 27 of Schedule 10 (amendment of section 178(3) of the Pension Schemes Act) and Article 290(1) in so far as it relates to that paragraph, for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 15th February 2006.
