Provisions coming into operation on 1st July 2016
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 is 1st July 2016—
(a)section 77 (removal of maximum age for jury service);
(b)section 78 (preparation of jury lists);
(c)section 79 (persons disqualified for jury service);
(d)section 80 (persons ineligible for jury service); and
(e)section 81 (persons excusable as of right from jury service).
