2.—(1) Section 22 of the Act shall come into operation on 30th March 2018.
(2) Section 27 and Schedule 3 of the Act shall come into operation on 30th March 2018 only in respect of the repeal to the Employment Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(1).
