Amendment to the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006

3.  In Schedule 1 (definitions of EU legislation) to the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1), at the end of the definition of “Regulation 852/2004” insert—

  • and with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 210/2013 on the approval of establishments producing sprouts pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).
