11.—(1) The Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 16(2)(b)(ii) M2 (excluded undertakings) for “regulation 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “ regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 ”.
