Amendment of the Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises (Scotland) Regulations 2006

8.—(1) Regulation 4 (fixed penalty time limits, amounts and payments) of the Prohibition of Smoking in Certain Premises (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2)—

(a)omit “and” after sub-paragraph (b),

(b)after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

(d)£200 for an offence under section 4A of the Act;

(e)£50 for an offence under section 4B of the Act; and

(f)£200 for an offence under section 4C of the Act..

(3) In paragraph (3)—

(a)omit “and” after sub-paragraph (b),

(b)after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

(d)£150 for an offence under section 4A of the Act;

(e)£30 for an offence under section 4B of the Act; and

(f)£150 for an offence under section 4C of the Act..
