124 Judges’ expenses and reception: England and Wales and Northern Ireland.U.K.

In relation to the trial of a parliamentary election petition—

(a)in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, the travelling and other expenses of the judges and all expenses properly incurred in F1. . . providing them with necessary accommodation and with a proper court shall be defrayed by the Treasury out of moneys provided by Parliament;
