There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 55.
55(1)Section 50 of that Act (appeals against determinations) shall be amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (1) for the words “an area” onwards there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
(3)Subsections (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
