There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, Paragraph 29.
29(1)In paragraph (b) of sections 74(4) and 89(4) of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 for the words “section 35 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 64 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992”.U.K.
(2)In paragraph (c) of those subsections for the words “section 37ZA of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 71 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992”.
