Finance Act 2009, Section 99 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)Schedule 51 contains provision about time limits for assessments, claims etc.
(2)The amendments made by that Schedule come into force on such day as the Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
(3)An order under subsection (2)—
(a)may make different provision for different purposes, and
(b)may include transitional provision and savings.
