19(1)Section 8 (notice of proposed civil partnership and declaration) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.U.K.
(2)In subsection (4), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)that the proposed civil partner believes all of the information stated in the notice, and all information and evidence supplied with the notice, is true.”.
(3)After subsection (5) insert—
“(5A)Subsection (5) is subject to section 9F.”.
