Children and Families Act 2014, Paragraph 18 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
18(1)Section 326A (unopposed appeals) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)the parent of a child, or a child, has appealed to the Tribunal under section 325, 328, 329 or 329A or paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 27 against a decision of a local authority, and”.
(3)In subsection (6)—
(a)after “regulations made” insert “ by the Welsh Ministers ”, and
(b)omit paragraphs (a) and (b).
