(2)In the heading, after “orders” insert “etc”.
(3)In subsection (1)—
(a)the words “an enforcement undertaking or enforcement order” become paragraph (a);
(b)after that paragraph insert “;
(b)any undertaking accepted, or order made, under section 161C.”
