101 Authentication of notices and orders.U.K.

Every order, summons, notice, or other such document requiring authentication by the commissioners shall be sufficiently authenticated if signed by two commissioners, or by the clerk of the commissioners, and it need not be under the common seal of the commissioners, although they be incorporated, and the same may be in writing or in print, or partly in writing and partly in print.
