5. Sections 5(3) and 75(4) of the London Government Act 1963(1) shall have effect as if after the words “the Inner London Education Authority” the following words were inserted “, an authority established by Part I, II, III, IV or V of the Waste Regulation and Disposal (Authorities) Order 1985”.
