9. In rule 21(1)(a) (minute for granting of decree without attendance)(1), after the words “minute under rule 34” insert the words “or an application for a time to pay direction under the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987 or if the defender has lodged such application and the pursuer does not object thereto or to any recall or restriction of an arrestment sought therin.”.
