2. In section 97(7) of the Transport Act 1968(1) in the definition of “the Community Recording Equipment Regulation” after the words “on recording equipment in road transport” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by article 1 as read with article 3 of Commision Regulation (EEC) No. 3314/90 of 16th November 1990(2) and”.
