Amendments relating to mirrors
8.—(1) Regulation 33 shall be amended as follows:
(2) In the Table—
(a)in column 3 of item 3 and 4, after the words “Community Directive 86/562” there shall be inserted the words “or 88/321 or paragraph 16.2.1 of ECE Regulation 46.01(1)”; and
(b)in column 4 of items 1 and 3 to 6, after the words “Community Directive 86/562” there shall be inserted the words “or 88/321 or paragraphs 4 to 8 of ECE Regulation 46.01”.
(3) In paragraph (5) for the words “or 86/562” wherever they appear, there shall be substituted the words “,86/562 or 88/321 or ECE Regulation 46.01”.

“ECE Regulation” is defined in regulation 3(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986. Relevant amendments to that Schedule are made by regulation 9 of these Regulations.
