The Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation of Benefit) Regulations 1991(1)

30.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation of Benefit) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows—

(2) for regulation 1(3) substitute—

“(3) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993.”.

(3) In regulations 2(1) and 3(1) for “Part II of the Social Security Act 1973” substitute “Chapter Iof Part IV of the Act”.

(4) In regulation 4(1) for “paragraph 5(1)(c) of Schedule 16” substitute “section 75(1)(c) ofthe Act”.

(5) In regulation 5(1) for “paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 16” substitute “section 71(6) of the Act”.

(6) In regulation 6(1)—
