2. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 9th May 2001—
(a)section 27(3) (definitions);
(b)section 27(5) so far as it relates to the provisions referred to in paragraph (c) below;
(c)in Schedule 4—
(i)paragraph 8 (regulations), and
(ii)paragraph 9 (sub-leases etc.).
