2. The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2001 (“the Act”) shall come into force on 30th September 2003—
sections 2 to 11;
sections 13 to 16;
section 31;
section 34 so far as is necessary to bring into force Schedule 6 to the extent specified below;
in Schedule 6, paragraphs 41 and 42.
