Additional functions of the Council

2.  The Council of the Isles of Scilly shall exercise and perform in the Isles of Scilly the following functions, conferred or imposed on local authorities, as if the Council were a local authority operating executive arrangements within the meaning of Part 2 of that Act(1):

(a)section 21(1) of the Local Government Act 2000;

(b)section 21(2)(f) of that Act(2);

(c)section 21(6) of that Act;

(d)section 21(7) of that Act; and

(e)section 21(10) of that Act.
