32. In section 13(2) (general responsibility for education)—
(a)in paragraph (a) omit “or the National Council for Education and Training for Wales, or”;
(b)after paragraph (a) insert—
(aa)“the National Assembly for Wales under Part 2 of the Learning and Skills Act 2000, or”.
