5. In section 378 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (duty of the Authority to promote tourism)(1), in subsection (11)(d), for “the Scottish Tourist Board” substitute “VisitScotland”.

Section 378 was amended by the Tourist Boards (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 15), Schedule 2, Part 1; there has been a further amendment to section 378 not relevant to this Order.

Explanatory Memorandum
