Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002

2.—(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 is amended as follows—

(2) In Schedule 14 (specified functions)(1), after the entry relating to the Fireworks Act 2003 insert “Compensation Act 2006 (c.29).”.

(3) In Schedule 15 (enactments conferring functions)(2), after the entry relating to the Gambling Act 2005(3) insert—

Compensation Act 2006 (c.29).

Schedule 14 was amended by S.I. 2003/1400, 2003/2580 and the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (c.17). The entry relating to the Fireworks Act 2003 (c.22) was inserted by section 12(3) of that Act.

Schedule 15 was amended by S.I. 2003/1400, 2006/2909, 2006/3336, 2007/2194 and the Communications Act 2003 (c.21), the Fireworks Act 2003 (c.22), the Water Act 2003 (c.37), the Railways Act 2005 (c.14) and the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (c.17).
