14. The following provisions of the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1)—
(a)section 6A(1)(2) (approval of premises);
(b)section 34(1) (orders as to fees);
(c)section 35(1) (orders to amend the Civil Partnership Act);
(d)section 36(3) (approval of regulations).
Section 6A was inserted by the Civil Partnership (Amendments to Registration Provisions) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2000), art. 3 and Sched., para 3.
