Revocation of exemptions (amendment of the Gas Act 1986 and Petroleum Act 1998)

4.  In each of sections 19A(1) and 19C(2) of the Gas Act 1986 and section 17C of the Petroleum Act 1998(3), for subsection (4) substitute—

(4)  An exemption may contain provision for its revocation..

Section 19A was inserted by regulation 2 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Gas (Third Party Access and Accounts) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1937). Subsection (4) was amended by regulation 2 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Gas (Third Party Access) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/2043).

Section 19C was inserted by regulation 2 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Gas (Third Party Access and Accounts) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1937). Subsection (4) was amended by regulation 2 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Gas (Third Party Access) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/2043).
