Amendment of the Medicines (Child Safety) Regulations 2003E+W+S

38.  In regulation 1(2) of the Medicines (Child Safety) Regulations 2003(1), (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register”, for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
