Amendment of the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004E+W+S

43.  In regulation 2(1) of the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004(1) (interpretation), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “pharmacist” substitute—

(a)in relation to Great Britain, a person registered as a pharmacist in Part 1 or 4 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010, and.
