55.  In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) (interpretation), for paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register” (“cofrestr berthnasol”) substitute—

(b)in relation to a pharmacist, the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010 or the register maintained under Articles 6 and 9 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976..
